Exhibition delivery for organisers and pavilion owners: hall layouts, shell scheme upgrades, feature areas and full country pavilions.
Exhibitions are a logistics problem wearing a design costume. We plan the hall, build the feature areas and keep the programme moving so the doors open on time.
We work with organisers, government entities and pavilion owners on national and sector pavilions, registration and hospitality zones, seminar theatres, wayfinding and hall dressing. Drawings are produced to the venue standard so approvals do not become the bottleneck.
What we take off your plate
Contractor coordination, build and breakdown schedules, health and safety documentation, structural sign-off where the venue requires it, and a single point of contact for the whole hall.

Hall planning
We work from the floor plan outwards: circulation, sightlines, services and build zones.

Design and approvals
Drawings are prepared to venue standard and submitted with the required method statements.

Build
Structures, print and fit-out are produced in advance and installed on the published schedule.

Show and breakdown
We stay through show days and clear the hall against the organiser deadline.
